Significant assignments have included advising a £2.5 billion family office on their entire investment structure and strategy, advising the board of a leading SaaS company on its sale to a major Private Equity firm, acting as an Expert Witness in several high-profile legal cases and a number of Non-Executive Director roles.

Ausaf served as a member of the National Development Board of Teach First for three years, until its voluntary dissolution in early 2018. Teach First is a social enterprise which aims to address educational disadvantage in England
and Wales through a two-year teacher training programme that involves completion of a PGDE along with wider leadership skills training, all while being placed at participating schools. Teach First is now the largest recruiter of
graduates from British Universities.
